Retrofit Fire Collar Flanged 250mm PM FC250. The FC250 Retrofit Collar with square flange base is a multi-purpose collar designed for use on penetrations in concrete slabs, masonry and lightweight walls and lined ceilings.

They can be easily unclipped to open, enabling retrofitting as and when required.

The large opening in the collars will accommodate pipes and UPVC pipe fittings of varying outside diameters. The collars are unclipped, placed around the pipe, re-clipped, pushed tight to the substrate and fixed in place

• the building materials in the application,

• the orientation of the penetration,

• the type, size and thickness of the pipe,

• the installation method.
