Team Strategy Day 2026

Strategy Day 2026 was a chance for us to step away from the day-to-day and focus on what really matters.

We came together to reflect on how far we’ve come, listen honestly to each other, and get clear on how we can do better — for our customers, our partners, and our team.

The conversations were open, practical, and purposeful. We challenged assumptions, aligned on priorities, and committed to making real improvements in the way we support our customers and run our business.

What came out of the day wasn’t just a plan for 2026.  It was a shared sense of direction and responsibility. A reminder that progress doesn’t come from big promises, but from showing up every day and doing the work properly.

And most importantly, every decision and priority set on the day was made with one thing in mind: YOU, our customer. Everything we’re building in 2026 is designed to serve you better, support you more reliably, and strengthen the partnership you place your trust in.
