When I place an order when will it be dispatched?
  • All online orders received by 1pm EST (Sydney time) Monday - Friday will be dispatched same day. Bulky freight or extra long items may have slightly longer dispatch times to allow for competitive freight pricing.
  • All online orders placed for Canberra / Queanbeyan / Sydney Metro areas will receive same 2 x a day delivery direct mainly with our own delivery drivers.
  • Canberra / Queanbeyan addresses get deliveries twice daily. Order by 9am & get that afternoon OR order by 3pm & receive next morning
  • Sydney addresses get deliveries twice daily. Order by 9am for same afternoon delivery OR order by 3pm & receive next morning!
  • All Country and non Metropolitan areas that have orders placed before 1pm EST (Sydney time) Monday - Friday will be dispatched same day. Bulky freight or extra long items may have slightly longer dispatch times to allow for competitive freight pricing.  One of our team will be in contact to let you know of estimated ETA.
Can I VIEW my account history online ? 
  • Once you have registered you will have access
  • When you log into your account under the My Account tab you can see your account details
  • That's where you can save Quotes and build wishlists & favourite products for future projects etc 
Can I PAY For PURCHASES online ?
  • Yes you can select payment options at Check out. We accept Visa, MasterCard & American Express. No fees apply for credit card transactions when paid online
 Is it Easy to get an account with Powagroup ?
  • Yes, sure is easy, No reams of paper to fill out and sign, just  Please Click Here to Register 
  •  You can open an account online almost straight away for COD Trade Account or 30 Day EOM, as long as you have a Business ABN number and are a trade.  Please Click Here to Register (You will be called to verify  you are a legitimate company before account will be opened, so please make sure you put a correct phone number)
  • Your account can also be set up by one of our friendly Customer Service Team ( it is very easy if all basic criteria are met). Please call  1300 303 366.  
  • You must have a Registered Business Name, your ABN / ACN , and agree to PowAGroup's terms and conditions of trade and supply as shown on this website.
  • Your Trade Account with discounts, both COD or 30 Day EOM account can be up & running within 1-2 days.
Can I ask technical and product questions while shopping online ?
  • Yes Live Chat is monitored from 7am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday. Or you can phone in (up to 5.00pm) and discuss with our friendly team, whatever works best for you!

  • Yes, all product warranties are supported by PowAGroup and by the suppliers & manufacturers of our products. All our products meet Australian Standards Certifications and conform to relevant WELS ratings where applicable. All Fire rated products we sell, once we know the full application and situation we can make sure you select the right product with full and correct certification enabling sign off by your regulatory body.
  •  We do not stock or sell products that don’t meet these industry standards.  Refer to WARRANTY page for more information
  • Any Concerns or issues that may arise with any product, please contact us and we will arrange to get it sorted out straight away.
Do I have to be present to receive the delivery ?
  • If no-one is present to sign at time of delivery, the orders may be taken to a local transport depot, because the attempted delivery has failed. It's the customer’s responsibility to then collect goods or arrange additional re-delivery. So its a jolly good idea to have some detailed notes if you are happy for the goods to be left in your designated spot should you not be there to receive them, to avoid re-delivery. You may also may give instructions to leave the goods in your absence , we will take a photo as proof but no responsibility will be taken if the goods go missing.
  •  PowAGroup will not be held responsible for orders after goods have been delivered to the nominated delivery address or left at your risk in spot specified
Can I order online and collect from your warehouse ?
  • Yes, you're welcome to arrange to pick up from our Distribution centre which is centrally located on the eastern seaboard at 25 Common Street, Goulburn OR from our Sydney Warehouse at Unit 1, 12-14 Riverside Road, Chipping Norton. Please call before hand to facilitate faster turn around of your order.
  •  We will send a confirmation email when your order is packed & ready

  •  PowAGroup's focus to ....Get you places.... is to help the Trade. We don't sell to the "D.I.Y Weekend Warriors". We believe items that require installation by licensed tradesmen should only be sold to licensed tradesmen. To this end, by only giving Special Discounted Prices to trades people that have signed up and we have verified, we protect Australian trades people and their jobs. 
  • We can tailor your account to suit your business, for example if you were Plumber you would not be normally interested in alot of electrical or HVAC products (and vice versa) , so we set up your account and pricing structure to cater to your unique business and make sure your details are secure. Once you register one of our friendly team will give you a call to get it set up for you and give you a log in so you will be up and going in a few minutes.
