Returns Policy

As a part of our “Impressive Personalised Service” (you’ll be 100% impressed is our aim), if you are not 100% satisfied with the product you received, you can return that item to us for a full refund to your account or exchange it for another product if you prefer and return shipping may be FREE.

• Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging, with the information booklets or accessories.

• You will need original PowAGroup Global Tax Invoice, copy Tax Invoice, or numbered delivery docket. 

• Return shipping is absolutely FREE if you are exchanging it for another product of similar value and as long as you didn’t pay any freight on that item when you received it.

• If you paid freight to receive the item it may have a freight charge apply on returned item unless you pay the freight back to our warehouse.

• If the item mentions special order or is non-returnable, then no returns will be permitted on those items.

• Once your return is received in the warehouse and processed (usually within 72-96 hours of receipt), a credit will automatically be applied to your account. As part of our 60-day online purchases return policy, all returns will need to be received and processed by our warehouse within 60 days of purchase invoice date.

• If an item is damaged or not in original packaging or missing bits we may not pass a credit or apply a restocking fee at our discretion. If items are returned after 60 days a restocking fee will apply.

• Cancelled orders before shipping and paid online by credit card will have a 10% bank & processing fee deducted from the purchase amount prior to refund.

• Freight is out of our control once goods have left our warehouse
